I called because I heard a noise coming from my dryer vent. They sent out Robert Reynolds. He assessed it as a birds nest within 5 minutes of arriving and scheduled a tech to come out the next day between 10 and 2. I called 4 other places and nobody could come out the same day. Robert came out at 6:30 pm when many other businesses were closed and would have left us with critters in the dryer vent. HIGHLY recommend! They answered the first time I called and had Robert at my home within an hour.
