We are so happy with this company. We had a Yellowjacket infestation which they came out very quickly for. Robert found the nest almost immediately and arranged for someone to come out the next hour to remove it, as the wasps were stinging our family and our dogs. Cloe went above and beyond in removing the nest and making sure no future nests could form. Yesterday morning I was swatting, crushing, and vacuuming up Yellowjackets all over our house. This morning there is not one single wasp in our house!

Had a squirrel manage to bypass our old chimney topper. Petti came out within 30 minutes and custom made a new chimney guard that same day. And removed our little visitor.Every employee from the person on the phone, to the gentleman that gave us the quote, to the guys who came out to remove and repair were the best. I've already had service with Petti Pest control for years but they offered for a free inspection of my attic and crawl space areas and around the house for a termites today and actually found quite a few in a wood pile nearby. I have seen them myself when planting new grass on my property. They gave me info about Sentricon

and told me they would install about 15 to 20 around the house. Later they came out and installed them and it took no more than 10 to 15 minutes somewhere and they were done. Awesome job, as usual.

Easy to contact and schedule a consult on bird removal and vent cover installation. I was able to get same day service. All employees (Billy, Bernardo and one other whose name I didn't get) were professional and cordial, and answered all my questions. The price was probably a little high compared to quotes neighbors shared for independent contractors, but I am pleased with our end result in both effectiveness and aesthetics.
