The price was probably a little high compared to quotes neighbors shared for independent contractors, but I am pleased with our end result in both effectiveness and aesthetics.

He spent the better part of 90 minutes carefully examining every inch of the home we were preparing to buy. His professionalism was evident from the moment he arrived, and he checked areas I didn’t even realize could pose potential issues.
