I was getting ready for an appointment when the technician arrived. This was the first year with Petti. He was apparently fast and quiet.

They did amazing work!! They were extremely fast and completely the work on same day! Lastly, the birds they removed were safe!

As someone who is scared of spiders and other creepy crawlers I am very pleased that I don’t see any of them inside my house since we have been using Petti! Always on time for service and respectful of property! Love them!

Henrry was the technician who came out for my pre‑purchase inspection, and he was outstanding. He spent the better part of 90 minutes carefully examining every inch of the home we were preparing to buy. His professionalism was evident from the moment he arrived, and he checked areas I didn’t even realize could pose potential issues.

Robert Reynolds quickly came out to our house to assess and provide a quote. He was friendly and tailored our treatment to our situation and budget. Vanessa called immediately to schedule the service and was very friendly. Chandler arrived the very next morning to perform the first treatment. He was very polite and informative.

Great service, friendly, prompt and they always try to correct problem pest issues if they occur.

Called Petti yesterday when I saw an un-wanted guest in my basement. They (Robert) showed up first thing this morning for consult and pricing and Ted came back a couple of hours later to service our house! They were both super nice and answered any questions! Highly recommend!

Klohe is very professional and does an excellent job. She listens to concerns and is very friendly. I do not have to worry about the job not getting done by walking with her around the house.
